Job summary

Achalare Realtors seeks a proactive liaison executive to manage liaisoning with Corporation, Town Planning, PCMC, PMRDA, and other authorities. The role requires knowledge of applicable rules and bye laws, with exposure to RERA.

Responsibilities

• Handle liaisoning work with regulatory bodies and authorities.
• Prepare feasibility reports and coordinate with consultants on amenities and landscaping.
• Calculate built up and saleable area; prepare and get plans sanctioned for projects.
• Liaise with officials for NOCs and sanctioning; initial design of project buildings and concept drawings for discussion.
• Contribute to discussions on aesthetics, specifications, amenities and landscaping; check progress on work and quality.

He should have a pleasant personality and should have excellent verbal & written communication skills. He should be well versed in MS Office & other basic computer skills. Working knowledge of ERP will be preferred. Highly motivated and result oriented and should able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
