Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in architectural design, construction project management, or municipal liaisoning.
• Deep understanding of local zoning laws, development control regulations (DCR), and statutory building bylaws.
• Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management with strong project coordination.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Approval Tracking: Prepare, submit, and track building plan approvals, commencement certificates, occupancy certificates, and statutory clearances.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal architects, structural engineers, and legal consultants to resolve statutory hurdles or compliance discrepancies.
• Documentation: Verify all architectural drawings, structural calculations, and legal land documents comply with local zoning bylaws and building codes.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with municipal officials, sanctioning authorities, and external town-planning consultants.
• Timeline Management: Monitor and forecast approval timelines to prevent project delays and report roadblocks to senior management.
