Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking an Architect/Interior Designer to develop creative and functional design concepts for diverse commercial projects in Gurugram and Bengaluru. The role requires translating client requirements into space plans, visuals, and detailed drawings, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and codes.

You will prepare mood boards, layouts, 2D/3D renderings, collaborate with clients and internal teams, visit sites, review shop drawings, and manage multiple projects within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Experience in interior design and architecture for commercial projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD/3D visualization tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare space planning layouts, concept presentations, mood boards, and design proposals.
• Create detailed drawings including layout plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials for client approvals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories as per project requirements.
• Work closely with project management, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation of approved designs.
• Review shop drawings and vendor submissions for compliance with design intent.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing records, and design revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, workplace design concepts, and innovative technologies.
