Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and working plans using CAD and 3D visualization software.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
