Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Interior Designer to develop creative design concepts aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.

You will prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, and design proposals, create detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinate with clients, site teams, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Proficiency with industry tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional design concepts in line with client requirements, project objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, and design proposals.
• Create detailed drawings including layout plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials for client approvals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories as per project requirements.
• Work closely with project management, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation of approved designs.
• Review shop drawings and vendor submissions for compliance with design intent.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing records, and design revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, workplace design concepts, and innovative technologies.
