Advance India Projects (AIPL) is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead design and execution of residential and commercial interiors. The role requires strong visualization, technical ability, and project management from concept to site.

The candidate will develop concepts, create 2D/3D drawings, mood boards, and material palettes, coordinating with architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, 3ds Max/V-Ray/Lumion.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior design.
• Space planning and interior detailing.
• 2D drafting and 3D visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed interior drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using SketchUp and rendering software.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
