Job summary

Atrium Innovations in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking an Architect to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and development of industrial, biogas, and utility infrastructure.

You will prepare architectural layouts, site plans, elevations, and construction drawings, coordinate with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process teams, and travel to project sites across India as required. A B.Arch. and at least 1 year of experience are expected; COA registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the Council of Architecture preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural layouts, conceptual designs, and detailed drawings for industrial facilities.
• Develop site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, regulations, and client specifications.
• Prepare design presentations, 3D models, renderings, and project visualizations.
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions.
• Support preparation of tender drawings and construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits to support project execution and resolve design-related queries.
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and design clearances where required.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (with travel to project sites across India as required)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and development of industrial, commercial, and utility infrastructure associated with our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural layouts, conceptual designs, and detailed drawings for biogas plants, industrial buildings, control rooms, administrative buildings, warehouses, utility blocks, and related facilities
• Develop site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Engineering teams for integrated project development
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety requirements, regulations, and client specifications
• Prepare design presentations, 3D models, renderings, and project visualizations
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions
• Support preparation of tender drawings and construction documentation
• Conduct site visits to support project execution and resolve design-related queries
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and design clearances where required

Desired Profile

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drafting
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or equivalent
• Good understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and construction practices
• Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation
• Familiarity with industrial, infrastructure, renewable energy, or process plant projects will be an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India as required
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
