Job Description

This is a full-time In office role for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing Industrial / Commercial Design & construction projects to meet client need and budget. The Architect will also collaborate closely with project managers, Allied Services engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery. You will be working from Pune HO with frequent travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.


• Proven experience in architecture with emphasis on design and project management.


• Excellent computer skills including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally.


• Experience working on Industrial, Commercial or Public projects preferred.


• Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable design preferred.
