Role Description

The Senior Industrial Architect will lead the design and planning of industrial facilities, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals. This full-time role involves developing concept and detailed architectural designs, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and preparing drawings, specifications, and design documentation. The position includes overseeing project timelines, participating in stakeholder meetings, and guiding junior team members to maintain design quality and consistency. The Senior Industrial Architect will collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate advanced visualization, optimize layouts for industrial processes, and support smooth project execution from planning through implementation. This is a hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Industrial Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing of industrial facilities.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, budget and timeline tracking, and client communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration in the context of design workflows, such as integrating BIM tools, CAD platforms, and visualization software into project processes.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with relevant design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM platforms, 3D visualization software) and familiarity with industrial building codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related field, along with several years of experience in industrial or large-scale projects.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
