Job summary

Gsource Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead our Architecture Department in Pune. You will guide a team delivering complex US and Middle East projects, ensuring compliance with leading building codes and high-quality design execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and provide technical guidance on architectural components, while managing timelines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proven experience on US and/or Middle East region projects; strong CAD tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of US and/or Middle East building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Work on diverse projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, layout, and detail architectural components and systems.
• Resolve design challenges and provide technical guidance to ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and industry standards.

About the Role

Gsource Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead a dynamic team within our Architecture Department. The role is designed to support our global clients across Architecture, Construction, Land Surveying, Civil, LiDAR, and Structural divisions. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural expertise and experience working on projects in the US and/or Middle East regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of US and/or Middle East building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Work on a diverse range of projects including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial developments.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to design, layout, and detail architectural components and systems.
• Resolve design challenges and provide technical guidance to ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and industry standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to team members.

Key Skills & Requirements

• B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proven experience working on US and/or Middle East region projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
