Job summary

ShreeTech Data Limited in Pune seeks an experienced Industrial Architect to design plant master plans and optimize space, workflow and utility layouts for manufacturing facilities.

You will coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and MEP teams, produce drawings, support site execution and ensure NBC compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience and a B.Arch degree, with a background in industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial/ manufacturing projects.
• B.Arch degree or equivalent qualification.
• Background in industrial plants and factory facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop plant master plans and architectural layouts.
• Plan production areas, warehouses, offices and utility spaces.
• Prepare architectural, working and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical & MEP teams.
• Support project planning and site execution.
• Ensure effective space utilization and functional workflow.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, fire safety and applicable statutory requirements.
