Job Description

C5 Competency | EUCS / Digital Workplace Services

C5 Expectation: Ability to independently Assess, Architect, Design, Propose, Present, Lead, Migrate, Implement. Govern complex Microsoft Workplace Transformation, Identity Modernization, and Digital Workplace programs while acting as the key technical interface between customers, presales, architecture, project management, and delivery teams.

Primary Skills & Experience: (AD, Exchange, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, (Overall M365))

• 13+ years of experience in End User Computing Services (EUCS), Digital Workplace Services, and Microsoft workplace transformation solutions.
• Strong experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solution architecture, proposal creation in EUCS
• Expert-level L3 Architect with strong hands-on and architectural expertise in AD, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Identity, and Identity Management.
• Deep understanding of AD architecture including Domains, Forests, Trusts, DNS, GPOs, Replication, Authentication, Authorization, and AD Security.
• Proven experience in Domain-to-Domain, Forest-to-Forest, On-Prem AD to Entra ID, and Tenant-to-Tenant migration projects.
• Strong experience in designing and building Greenfield Microsoft environments from scratch, including AD, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Security solutions.
• Extensive Microsoft 365 expertise with deep knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Defender Suite, Purview, and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, ADMT, SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT), Quest Migration Suite, and other mailbox/content migration platforms.
• Strong experience in User Mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Tenant-to-Tenant migration planning and execution.
• Ability to assess customer environments, identify technical, security, and operational gaps, and provide modernization and transformation roadmaps.
• Experienced in designing HLDs, LLDs, Architecture Diagrams, Migration Strategies, Cutover Plans, Implementation Runbooks, and Governance Frameworks.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to conduct workshops, architecture discussions, solution reviews, and executive presentations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to engage customer leadership and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project leadership, risk management, dependency tracking, delivery governance, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and operationally viable Digital Workplace solutions.
• Microsoft certifications in Identity, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, or Endpoint Management are highly preferred.
