Job summary

Brillio in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to lead enterprise-scale modernization, migration, security, and cloud transformation initiatives. You will own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for Microsoft 365, defining standards, governance, and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires 7+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture, solution delivery, and large enterprise environments, with expertise in Entra ID, AD, MFA, and security by design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and solution delivery.
• Proven experience with large enterprise environments and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, AD, MFA, CA, PIM, RBAC and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture, roadmap, and modernization strategy.
• Define target architecture, governance frameworks, and technology standards.
• Lead tenant, Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive migrations and security controls.
• Provide L3/L4 architectural guidance and escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Service Management teams.

Are you an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect ready to lead enterprise-scale modernization, migration, security, and cloud transformation initiatives?

We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Architect with 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, solution delivery, and large enterprise environments.

Shift: EST — 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture, roadmap, and modernization strategy
• Define target architecture, technology standards, and governance frameworks
• Architect Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and Zero Trust
• Lead solutions across Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams, Teams Phone, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune
• Drive Defender, Microsoft Purview, DLP, Information Protection, retention, and eDiscovery strategies
• Lead large-scale tenant, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, and collaboration migrations
• Provide senior-level L3/L4 architectural support and technical escalation
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management teams
