Space Interface, a Gurugram-based architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a skilled architectural/interiors draftsman. You will produce the drawings that projects are built from, coordinating with in-house teams and partner contractors, and your drawings will be used on site.

The role focuses on preparing working drawings and GFC sets, developing technical docs, and maintaining drawing registers. Strong AutoCAD and MEP understanding are essential, with familiarity in SketchUp, Revit,

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in architecture or interior design.
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural or interior drawing.
• Residential or commercial project experience preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or Photoshop is an asset.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage several projects and deadlines.

Space Interface is a Gurugram-based architecture and interior design firm. We design and build residences, workspaces and experiential spaces, from concept to handover, with one point of contact for the client.

The role

You will produce the drawings that every project is built from. Our work is executed by in-house teams and by partner contractors, so the drawings need to be complete, coordinated and unambiguous.

You will work directly with the founder and project leads, and your drawings will be used on site.

Responsibilities

Prepare working drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) sets: plans, elevations, sections, joinery and material details.

Coordinate architectural, interior and MEP layouts before drawings are issued.

Develop approved design concepts into technical documentation.

Maintain drawing registers, revisions and file standards across live projects.

Incorporate site and client feedback, and issue revisions on time.

Visit sites when needed to check execution against drawings.

Support 3D views and presentation drawings for client reviews.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in architecture or interior design.

2-5 years of experience in architectural or interior working drawings. Residential or commerical experience preferred.

Strong AutoCAD. Working knowledge of MS Office.

Understanding of MEP integration, materials, joinery and construction sequencing.

Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or Photoshop is an advantage.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
