Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Coordination: Organize, update, and track architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and samples.
  • RERA Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, maintain, and update architectural drawings for RERA registration, ensuring alterations follow guidelines.
  • Project Certification: Certify construction matches sanctioned plans and specifications.
  • Percentage of Completion Certification: Work with engineers to certify completion percentage for RERA Form-1 withdrawals.
  • Project Monitoring: Oversee construction projects to ensure alignment with approved drawings.
  • Coordination: Bridge between internal departments, external consultants, and contractors.
  • Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to verify quality per sale agreement.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities for approvals and completion certificates.
  • Project Communication: Liaise between project team, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent.
  • Scheduling & Budgeting: Maintain timelines, milestones, and budget expenditure.
  • Administrative Support: Manage RFI processes, submittals, and change orders.
  • Site Visits: Attend site meetings and assist with construction progress inspections.

Job description

Role & responsibilities
  • Documentation & Coordination: Organize, update, and track architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and samples.
  • RERA Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, maintain, and update architectural drawings (site plan, layout, building plan) for RERA registration. Ensure that any alterations in plans strictly follow RERA guidelines.
  • Project Certification: Certify that the construction at the site matches the sanctioned plans and specifications submitted to the RERA authority.
  • Percentage of Completion Certification: Work with engineers to certify the percentage of completion for RERA Form-1 (for withdrawal of funds from the designated bank account).
  • Project Monitoring: Oversee construction projects to ensure they are being built according to the approved architectural drawings.
  • Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal departments (sales, planning, CRM), external consultants (structural, MEP), and contractors.
  • Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify that the quality of work is as per the agreement for sale.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals, commencement certificates, and occupation/completion certificates.
  • Project Communication: Act as a liaison between the project team, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.
  • Scheduling & Budgeting: Maintain project timelines, track milestones, and monitor budgetary expenditures.
  • Administrative Support: Manage Request for Information (RFI) processes, submittals, and change orders.
  • Site Visits: Attend site meetings and assist with construction progress inspections.
