Job summary

Rahul Sharad Shah is seeking an Architect/Interior Designer to drive concept design through finalization across multiple projects. You will coordinate with internal departments and consultants, finalize project documentation, and ensure drawings meet specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities include working drawings, RERA/EC/IGBC documentation, and supervising a team of architects and draftsmen to deliver high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture/Interior Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other similar design software.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, construction materials, and structural analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
