Job summary

Aadharshila Designs in New Delhi seeks a motivated Architect to support design and execution of multidisciplinary building projects.

You will assist senior architects with concept design, drawings, BIM models and construction documentation, coordinating with consultants and internal teams.

We welcome 3–5 years of experience, a B.Arch or M.Arch, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp to contribute on institutional, commercial and healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a reputed institute.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with architectural consultancy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and presentation software.
• Exposure to BIM-based projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of concept designs, schematic layouts, working drawings and detailed construction documentation.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, 3D views and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting and other engineering consultants.
• Assist in preparing project reports, technical presentations and client submissions.
• Participate in site visits, site inspections and preparation of site observation reports.
• Ensure architectural drawings comply with applicable building byelaws, codes and project specifications.
• Revise drawings and documents based on client comments and consultant inputs.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing registers and revision records.
• Support senior architects during design development and construction stages.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

The candidate will assist senior architects in preparing design concepts, architectural drawings, BIM models, construction documentation, and project coordination. Candidate Profile

Architect Should possess a B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed institute with 3 -5 years of relevant experience with Architectural Consultancy firms.
