Job summary

Recex Pvt Ltd. in Kolkata seeks an Assistant Project Executive (Female Candidate Preferred) with 4–6 years as an Architect. You will lead architectural design, planning and project coordination, ensuring adherence to local building codes, safety standards and construction methods.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM-based workflows is essential. Key tasks include reviewing drawings, preparing quantity estimates, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and managing multiple design tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 4-6 years of architecture experience with strong knowledge of design principles, construction methods and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and related design software; familiarity with BIM and quantity estimation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse architectural plans for high-rise residential projects with focus on layout and market trends.
• Verify built-up, carpet, and super built-up areas and Kolkata building rules.
• Review drawings for accuracy and feasibility before execution; approve and communicate revisions.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP and landscape consultants for design optimisation.
• Act as liaison between site team, contractors and external consultants for design queries.
• Evaluate design changes and implement modifications with cost/time/quality impact in mind.
• Prepare quantity estimation from drawings and develop alternate layouts to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards and project specs.
• Conduct periodic site visits and maintain documentation and version control of drawings.
• Organise coordination meetings, record MOM, track action points and close tasks timely.
• Provide progress updates to project leadership on design status and changes.
• Implement BIM in Revit and perform clash detection among drawings.

Position/Designation:- Assistant Project Executive(Female Candidate Preferred)

# Experience:- 4-6 years as an Architect with Strong knowledge in Architectural design principles, Construction methods, and Project Management practices, Conceptualization and Planning skills, local building codes, safety standards, Rules and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modelling or similar design software.

# Job Location:- Currently in Kolkata (Staying near Kolkata Location.)

# Salary:- 480000 - 580000 CTC Annually, depending on experience.

# Updated Salary - 607500 - 742500 CTC Annually, depending on experience.

10. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during construction.
11. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards and project specifications.
12. Conduct periodic site visits to verify correct implementation of drawings.
13. Maintain organized documentation and version control of all design drawings and records.
14. Organize coordination meetings, record MOM, track action points and ensure timely closure.
15. Provide regular progress updates to project leadership on design status and changes.
