Job summary

Urban Pandit Infra Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Architect for our Pune office. The role involves creating architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings, with coordination across RCC/Structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.

You will conduct site visits, support clients and contractors, and ensure deliverables meet regulations and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a B.Arch and proven expertise in AutoCAD, with knowledge of Revit/SketchUp and

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp/3D software is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of architectural detailing and construction practices.
• Knowledge of NBC, UDCPR/DCR and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
• Develop architectural drawings as per project requirements and applicable building regulations.
• Coordinate with RCC/Structural, MEP, Landscape and other consultants.
• Review and coordinate consultant drawings to ensure proper integration.
• Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams for design and technical requirements.
• Prepare and review BOQ, specifications, material schedules and tender-related documents.
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and coordinate with relevant authorities.
• Identify site/design issues and provide practical architectural solutions.
• Maintain drawing revisions, project documentation and records.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical/design support.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and timely completion of assigned architectural deliverables.
