Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architect with proven expertise in healthcare design and Interiors. The role involves working on planning, interior design development, and coordination of healthcare facilities while ensuring compliance with medical standards and functional efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs and interior designs for healthcare projects such as hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic facilities.
• Ensure designs comply with healthcare norms, NABH/AERB standards, and Fire regulations.
• Coordinate with Operational teams, consultants, MEP engineers, and healthcare planners for smooth integration and coordination of services.
• Support in preparation of working drawings, construction documents, and presentations.
• Conduct periodic site visits to review progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with Operational teams, medical teams, and internal project teams to ensure functional and patient-friendly designs.
• Keep updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies in healthcare architecture.

Qualifications / Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility planning & Interiors, infection control guidelines, and integration of medical equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and related software.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Registered Architect (CoA) preferred
