Job summary

Skydome Designs in Chennai is seeking a design candidate to assist the principal architect on healthcare and commercial projects. You will work with AutoCAD and SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering, attend client meetings, and present design concepts.

You will coordinate with on-site teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately, and visit site as required. B.Arch or B.Des with 1 year experience preferred.

Assist principle architect

• Must be able to do 3D modeling and rendering
• Should take responsibility of work and complete projects on time
• Attend client meetings and give design presentations
• Must be creative but practical
• Coordinate with site to make sure work is going as per design specs
• Must be able to visit site as and when required
• Must be interested in healthcare/commercial projects

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch or B.Des candidates welcome with min 1 yr experience

• Experience with commercial projects
• Experience in designing for brown field projects as well as green field projects
• Experience doing hospital projects and understands interiors and MEP for hospitals
• Must be able to coordinate with MEP team
