You will lead design development, site visits, and cross‑functional coordination, using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office to deliver compelling proposals and BOQs. This role blends design with business development, requiring strong presentation skills to convert leads into projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years of interior design experience in commercial or healthcare projects.
• Experience in client handling, presentations, or sales coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design Development: Develop innovative interior designs and drawings for healthcare facilities.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess progress and gather project data.
• Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, consultants, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Design Software: Create layouts, drawings, floor plans, elevations and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software.
• Client Interaction: Attend meetings, understand requirements, present concepts, and propose design solutions.
• Sales & Business Development Support: Assist sales team with lead conversion, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare mood boards, BOQs, and project proposals for clients.
• Vendor Coordination: Source quotations and materials with suppliers.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a blend of creative design expertise and client-handling capabilities to help convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Develop innovative interior designs and drawings for various categories of healthcare facilities.
2. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, ensure adherence to plans, and gather required project data.
3. Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Design Software: Create detailed interior design layouts, drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software.
5. Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, understand project requirements, present design concepts, and provide design solutions aligned with client expectations.
6. Sales & Business Development Support: Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion, proposal presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
7. Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, BOQs, and project proposals for clients.
8. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, material sourcing, and execution support.
9. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Work Experience:
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in interior design for commercial or healthcare projects.
• Experience in client handling, presentations, or sales coordination will be an added advantage.

• Technical Skills:
• 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design software.
• 2. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and space planning.
• 3. Understanding of BOQ preparation and project costing.
• 4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 5. Knowledge of project coordination and documentation processes
