Job summary

Aedium Design is seeking an experienced Architect to lead large-scale healthcare, corporate, commercial, and residential projects. You will analyze client briefs, design and review plans for code compliance, and prepare full sets of drawings and specifications.

The role involves coordinating with external consultants and internal MEP teams, guiding projects from concept to commissioning, and supervising junior architects. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 4+ years experience handling large-scale Healthcare / corporate /commercial /Residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyse architectural design brief and discuss with clients where required.
• Designs projects and/or reviews architectural or engineering plans, specifications to ensure compliance with government codes, bye laws and regulations.
• Preparation of preliminary designs, concept & schematic drawings, working drawings, full detailed drawings and technical specifications
• Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the clients as well internally.
• Coordination with external consultants and various internal MEP team members.
• Handling projects right from concept to commissioning under the guidance of Project Director.
• Supervising Junior Architects works and assigning them tasks as and when required.
• Researching and inquiring about different materials and staying updated on construction industry related materials.
• Visiting site on a periodical basis and clearing the site related queries.
