Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation
• Proficiency in floor planning, elevational drawings, and 2D/working drawing sets
• Working knowledge of MEP and lighting coordination (not a specialist requirement)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp/Revit is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce execution-ready documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop floor plans and layout designs in line with project briefs
• Prepare elevational drawings and design detailing
• Produce accurate 2D / working drawings for execution teams and site
• Coordinate drawings with basic MEP and lighting layouts to ensure design-execution alignment
• Collaborate with interior designers, site supervisors, and procurement teams as part of an integrated project process
• Support design revisions and site-driven changes through the execution phase

Role Description We're looking for a hands-on Architect (2-5 years of Experience) who can take a project from concept to construction-ready drawings, and work closely with our design and execution teams to deliver turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop floor plans and layout designs in line with project briefs
• Prepare elevational drawings and design detailing
• Produce accurate 2D / working drawings for execution teams and site
• Coordinate drawings with basic MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and lighting layouts to ensure design-execution alignment
• Collaborate with interior designers, site supervisors, and procurement teams as part of an integrated project process
• Support design revisions and site-driven changes through the execution phase

This is an onsite role based in Hyderabad. Second and Fourth Saturdays of every month are off or compensated for in case you're working.
