Job summary

Ssquare Studio Llp in Hyderabad is seeking an architectural designer to assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts and presentations for residential and interior projects. You will produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualisations, support design development, and coordinate with site teams.

The role focuses on accuracy, detail, and learning in a fast-paced studio, with opportunities to work on premium projects and develop technical drawing skills using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating architectural drawings and design development.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Ability to work with senior architects and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, layouts and presentations for residential and interior projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD.

• Prepare floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP and site teams.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts and design presentations for residential and interior projects.
• Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, working drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and design visualisations using SketchUp.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts and detailed drawings.
• Support senior architects in design development from concept through execution.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, interior and site teams.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain accurate drawing documentation.
• Assist with material selection, specifications and design presentations.
• Visit project sites when required for measurements, coordination and execution checks.
• Ensure drawings are technically accurate and aligned with the design intent.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.Arch / Bachelors Degree in Architecture
  Experience: 1–3 years preferred
  Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office

Required Skills

AutoCAD – Mandatory

SketchUp – Mandatory

Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and space planning.

Basic knowledge of rendering/presentation software will be an advantage.
