Job summary

Ssquare Studio Llp in Hyderabad seeks a senior Architect to lead design and documentation for residential and commercial projects. You will develop concepts, prepare drawings, and guide project detailing.

Responsibilities include 3D modelling in Revit/SketchUp, coordinating with engineers and site teams, and maintaining rigorous drawing records. A B.Arch and 25 years of experience are required, with mentorship and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree from a recognised institution.
• 25 years of experience in an architecture firm.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit/ArchiCAD.
• Ability to independently produce complete working drawing sets.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret structural drawings (slab, brick markings, foundation) and coordinate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings.
• Collaborate with senior architects on design development and project detailing.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed on site.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections as required.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch degree from a recognised institution.
• 25 years of experience in an architecture firm.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit/ArchiCAD.
• Ability to independently produce complete working drawing sets.
• Knowledge of local materials, vendors, and construction practices in Hyderabad/Telangana.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, detailing, and execution.
• AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit certification preferred but not mandatory.
