Job summary

Buildiyo in Chennai is seeking a passionate Architect to join our design-driven team. You will create detailed architectural drawings, coordinate with design and execution teams, and ensure quality and compliance across all construction stages.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Arch and has 2–6 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and D5 Render; Revit/Lumion is a plus. You will lead multiple projects, conduct site visits, and present design concepts with clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2–6 years of experience in architecture or construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render; Revit/Lumion a plus.

Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with design and execution teams, and ensuring project quality and compliance throughout all stages of construction.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Work on architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and GFC detail drawings.
• Lead a design/execution team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Conduct site visits and evaluations to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide technical input and design recommendations throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2–6 years of experience in architecture or construction (Skilled freshers may also apply).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render (Revit or Lumion knowledge is a plus).
• Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
