Job summary

Ohana Design Studio in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through construction in a full-time, on-site role. You will develop design solutions, prepare detailed drawings, coordinate submittals, and drive delivery to meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.

You will mentor junior staff, promote sustainable design practices, and apply BIM workflows using Revit, AutoCAD, and other visualization tools while coordinating with clients,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in architecture.
• Budget responsibility of 90K–120K per month.
• Strong architecture and design skills with experience leading complex projects.
• Strong project management skills including planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.
• Experience managing submittals, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation throughout project phases.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles; exposure to LEED standards is advantageous.
• Professional degree in Architecture with licensure/registration, or eligibility as per local regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and team-management skills.

Job description

Role Description:

The Senior Project Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through construction. This role includes developing design solutions, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating submittals, and overseeing project delivery to meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations. The Senior Project Architect will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, guide the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, and ensure that design and technical standards are consistently applied. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve mentoring junior staff, supporting sustainable design practices, including LEED-related initiatives where applicable, and proactively resolving design and coordination challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
