Role Description

The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution, working closely with senior architects and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting in design presentations, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to design documentation and detailing. The role also involves participating in site visits, collecting and organizing project data, and helping ensure that designs align with client requirements, safety standards, and local regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders in the studio environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to architectural tools, workflows, and coordination of digital design platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as basic scheduling, task coordination, and documentation support for project teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
