Job summary

Integra Ventures Group is seeking an experienced architect/interior designer with a focus on healthcare projects. You will handle end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, and reviewing drawings and vendor submittals.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, and the ability to work independently across multiple hospital projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality design outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural and interior drawings including space planning and layouts.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and vendor proposals.

• Monitor project progress and design deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Resolve issues during design development and construction phases.
• Prepare client presentations, design reports, mood boards and 3D briefs.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and review architectural and interior drawings, including space planning, floor plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, interior elevations, joinery details, and construction drawings.

2. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and vendor proposals.

3. Conduct design coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and hospital stakeholders.

4. Monitor project progress, design deliverables, and coordination schedules to ensure timely completion.

5. Resolve architectural and interior design issues during design development and construction stages.

6. Prepare client presentations, design reports, mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualization briefs.
