Job summary

Acenzo is seeking an architect/designer to lead healthcare project design in Delhi, India. You will develop concepts with project teams, create detailed Revit drawings, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

You will coordinate with engineers and consultants, interact with clients to refine goals, and contribute to construction documentation and material selections. Ideal candidates are proficient in Revit, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and can manage

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Development:

• Work collaboratively with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for healthcare projects, particularly hospitals.
• Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

• Apply knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, as well as healthcare industry standards, to ensure compliance in design solutions.
• Participate in code analysis and integrate findings into design development.

3. Design Coordination:

• Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate various design elements into cohesive and functional healthcare facilities.
• Contribute to the coordination of architectural design with other project disciplines.

4. Client Interaction:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback to enhance project outcomes.

5. Revit Proficiency:

• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using Revit for architectural design and documentation.
• Train and assist team members in Revit best practices.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular reviews of drawings and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Construction Documentation:

• Contribute to the development of construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
• Work closely with the project team to address any design-related issues during the construction phase.
