Anshul Bhosale Realty Llp is seeking a proficient architect to prepare architectural concepts, schematic designs and detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects in Maharashtra. You will develop floor plans, elevations and construction details while coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration.

The role requires reviewing drawings for alignment with project requirements and design intent, and assisting with space planning,

• Experience in residential apartments, high-rise buildings, commercial developments, or mixed‑use projects.
• Exposure to design development, tender documentation, construction drawings, and site coordination.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and project documentation standards.
• Experience working with developers, architectural consultants, or real estate companies.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, schematic designs, design development drawings, and detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements, specifications, and design intent.
• Assist in preparing area statements, unit plans, typical floor plans, and space planning layouts.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable development control regulations, building codes, local authority requirements, and project standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure conformity with approved drawings.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, technical submittals, and mock-ups as required.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated drawings and documentation.
• Support the preparation of presentations, design proposals, 3D views, and project documentation.
