Job summary

Apollo Hospitals in Chennai is seeking a senior architectural professional to lead planning and design coordination for hospital and healthcare projects.

You will create 3D models and renders, coordinate with clinical planners, MEP and structural teams, review drawings, and ensure timelines. The role also involves site visits, approvals, documenting design briefs, and promoting healthcare design standards.

Qualifications

• Lead architectural planning and design coordination for hospital and healthcare projects.
• Create 3D models and renders, and revisions in interior concepts; support interior design works.
• Coordinate with clinical planners, MEP consultants, structural engineers, interior designers, and PM teams.
• Review architectural drawings, design submissions, and technical documents for compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with hospital operations teams and end users to capture functional and operational needs.
• Monitor design progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical workshops.
• Support authority approvals and statutory compliance requirements.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams during execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports, design briefs, and project documentation.
• Assist in standardization initiatives and implementation of healthcare design best practices.
