Job summary

Genxhire Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced architect to develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts based on project requirements and to translate design ideas into technically detailed working drawings.

The role involves coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants, reviewing drawings with clients and project teams, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing site support to resolve design queries and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts based on project requirements.
• Prepare and review architectural plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
• Translate design concepts into practical and technically detailed architectural solutions.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
• Review drawings and incorporate comments from clients, consultants, management, and project teams.
• Conduct drawing reviews to identify design discrepancies, coordination issues, and technical errors.
• Ensure architectural drawings comply with project standards, design intent, and applicable building regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations, material selections, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site and execution teams to resolve architectural and drawing-related queries.
• Provide technical support during project execution and assist in resolving site-related design issues.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and project records.
