Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is hiring an Arabic Speaking Customer Support Executive based in Noida. The role requires excellent English and Arabic communication with strong voice-based support experience, preferably for customers in the Middle East. SAP and/or Genesys experience is a plus. The position is hybrid, with 1-3 years of experience and two openings.

Responsibilities

• Escalate when needed and coordinate with internal teams.
