Job summary

Strivant Health in Mysuru is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely physician billings, resolve denials, and improve collections for our clients.

You will follow up on insurance claims, document outcomes, and collaborate with leadership to optimize processes. The role is 100% onsite at our Mysuru headquarters with standard shift hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of AR follow-up with US physician claims, denials management and appeals.
• Experience with CPT/ICD/HCPCS coding and payer regulations.
• Experience with medical billing systems such as eCW, Centricity and Epic.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex inventory, including large-dollar physician claim denial accounts and aged claims.
• Identify trends and offer solutions to improve collections.
• Ensure effective documentation communication and issue resolution.
• Perform hands-on insurance follow-ups via calls and payer portals.

Location: All shifts work onsite in our Mysuru, India headquarters office located at: 3rd FLOOR, 828 and 829, Vijayanagara I Stage, Devaraja Mohalla Mysuru, Karnataka 570017. No other locations, and we do not offer work from home.

OPEN Position Shift Hours: Monday - Friday: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am, IST 100% onsite

You'll ensure corrected claims and help identify trends to reduce denials, which creates a stronger bottom line for our healthcare partners. What You’ll Do – Your Impact Matters

• Manage complex inventory, including large-dollar physician claim denial accounts and aged claims.
• Use your excellent problem-solving initiatives, identifying trends and offering solutions.
• Ensuring effective documentation communication and issue resolution.
• Work hands-on doing insurance follow-ups, including phone calls and payer portal interactions.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to enhance processes and improve collections.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ years of experience in AR follow-up, US physician claims collections, denials management, and appeals.
• Previous AR follow-up claims collections experience in emergency medicine, rheumatology, cardiology, cardiovascular, and behavioral health preferred. We are also open to other specialties.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-9/10, and HCPCS codes and insurance regulations.
• Experience working with medical billing systems such as e-Clinical Works (eCW), Centricity (CPS), Epic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends and provide data-driven solutions.
