Strivant Health is seeking a Refunds Specialist to optimize cash applications within physician revenue cycle management. You will handle patient refunds, verify documentation, and work with clinics and payers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of medical billing refunds experience, proficiency with eCW, Centricity, and Epic, and strong communication skills to ensure accurate refunds and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical claims payment posting, cash research, and refunds processing.
• Strong knowledge of insurance reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-9/10, HCPCS codes and insurance regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Refunds Specialist - Cash Applications - Physician Revenue Cycle Management Services

Location: All shifts work onsite in our Mysuru, India headquarters office located at: 3rd FLOOR, 828 and 829, Vijayanagara I Stage, Devaraja Mohalla Mysuru, Karnataka 570017.
No other locations, and we do not offer work-from-home.

What You’ll Do – Your Impact Matters

• Collaborate with a supportive internal team and offshore team to streamline financial processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to enhance the refunds process.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience in medical claims payment posting, cash research, and refunds processing.
• Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-9/10, and HCPCS codes and insurance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with medical billing systems such as e-Clinical Works (eCW), Centricity (CPS), Epic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends and provide data-driven solutions.
