Job summary

Nisource Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking an AR Caller for Physician Billing to handle insurance follow-ups and ensure timely payments from US payers. The candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in AR calling, denial management, and reviewing EOBs/ERAs, with a target to meet productivity and collection goals.

This full-time role offers a 30% hike on previous salary, shift timings from 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM, and CAB facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling and insurance follow-up.
• Experience with US Healthcare RCM processes and guidelines.
• Ability to perform timely follow-up with US insurance companies on claim status and payments.
• Experience in denial management to resolve rejected or underpaid claims.
• Proficient in reviewing EOBs/ERAs and claim details to identify non-payment reasons.

• Escalate complex claims/issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.
