Starworth Global Soluitons is hiring AR Callers for a leading US healthcare organization. The role focuses on end-to-end AR calling, denial resolution, and payer communications across Chennai & Bangalore.

Interview is conducted virtually. Salary is up to 41,000 INR in-hand, based on experience and skills. A Degree or Diploma and strong communication are required to excel in this growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling.
• Hands-on experience in End-to-End Denials Management is mandatory.
• Experience in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Degree or Diploma is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
• Perform end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling activities.
• Handle claim denials and work on denial resolution.
