Job summary

Jahnvi Motor in Tamil Nadu is seeking a professional to drive lead generation and manage vehicle procurement & sales. You will participate in marketing activities, drive referrals to hit targets, and ensure a delightful customer experience with the brand.

You will support the Used Car Evaluator in price discovery and negotiation, handle objections, and ensure adherence to Audi standards and processes. Experience in the industry (3–4 years) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the industry.
• Experience with lead generation and vehicle procurement.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to handle objections.

• Vehicle Procurement & Sales: Ensure achievement of individual targets; Showcase strong customer orientation to deliver a memorable brand experience; Support Used Car Evaluator in price discovery and negotiation with the customer; Handle objections and issue resolution as required

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

• Actively participate in marketing activities and drive referrals to generate leads and achieve given targets
• Vehicle Procurement & Sales:
• Ensure achievement of individual targets
• Showcase strong customer orientation to ensure that the customer has a memorable and delightful brand experience
• Support Used Car Evaluator in price discovery and negotiation with the customer
• Handle objections and issue resolution as and when required

Process Adherence:

• Ensure appropriate completion of used car certification process to certify Audi Approved Plus used cars
• Ensure complete adherence to Audi Standard Operating Procedures
• Documentation requirements as per Audi standards

Measures (Reports):

• Total Used Cars Target Achievement
• Daily morning reports
• Monthly AAP planner
• Daily evaluation reports
• Enquiry reports of buyers and sellers

Required experienced candidates minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the industry.
