Job summary

Meyer Organics in Bengaluru is seeking a store materials associate to supervise receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials and packaging. You will monitor conditions in the stores, perform monthly stock verification, and coordinate with QC for approvals and COAs. Fresher candidates with B.Sc/M.Sc are welcome; Peenya site offers on-site work.

The role involves ensuring accurate ERP alignment, material retest date checks, and adherence to PO terms as directed by the HOD.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or M.Sc in a relevant science stream.
• Fresher candidates preferred.
• Location Bengaluru (Peenya) is the work site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt and verification of raw materials and packaging as per purchase orders.
• Dispense and issue raw materials as per production needs.
• Monitor temperature and relative humidity across stores.
• Conduct monthly physical stock verification of materials.
• Handle, store, and bin allocate new materials as they arrive.
• Verify loose container labels and affix proper packaging labels.
• Update BMR & BPR against ERP copies.
• Coordinate with QC for timely approval of raw materials and vendor COAs.
• Verify material retest dates and coordinate sampling with QC.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Supervision for receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, miscellaneous and verification as per PO.
2. Dispensing and issuance of raw materials as per the production requirement.
3. Monitoring of temperature and relative humidity in all areas across the stores.
4. Physical stock verification for raw & packaging materials on a monthly basis.
5. handling, storage, and bin allocation for the newly received and approved materials.
6. Verification of the loose container and affixing the loose pack label.
7. Verification and updating of BMR & BPR against the ERP copy.
8. Coordinating with QC for on-time approval of raw materials and arranging vendor COAs.
9. Verification of material retest dates and coordination with QC for sampling, analysis, and approval.
10. Any other jobs and responsibility as & when entrusted by HOD.
