Job summary

AP Management Consultants in Puducherry is seeking a Stores/Inventory assistant to handle material receipt and issuance. You will check materials against PO and invoices, maintain stock records, and update ERP/Excel records to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Freshers in any degree may apply; both male and female candidates are welcome. The role requires flexibility with rotating shifts and close coordination with Purchase, Production and Quality teams to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and issuing materials
• Check incoming materials against PO, invoice and quantity
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory
• Support material storage and proper identification of items
• Update material receipts/issues in ERP or Excel
• Conduct regular physical stock verification
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality teams
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S and safety practices
• Support stock reconciliation and avoid material shortages
• Prepare basic stores reports and documentation
