Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with aggregate 60% or above.
• 4+ years of experience in lighting control solutions, lighting design, architecture, or interior design.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, including presentations and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver training programs and content for solution providers, designers, architects, and customer-facing professionals.
• Conduct product and system demonstrations with hands-on instruction of Lutron systems.
• Design, administer, and manage certification programs for Lutron solution providers across segments.
• Own and manage the Customer Experience infrastructure and facilitate customer walkthroughs at the Gurgaon office.
• Serve as a technical expert on Lutron solutions across product portfolio and support stakeholders.
• Maintain and update training programs to reflect new products and industry standards.
• Gather feedback, measure training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and solution providers.
• Support sales teams by delivering technical training, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate and schedule training, track progress and certification status.
• Prepare reports on learning outcomes and monitor industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs and learning content for solution providers, designers, architects, and customer-facing professionals
• Conduct product and system demonstrations, providing hands-on instruction and explaining the technical and functional capabilities of Lutron systems.
• Design, administer, and manage certification programs for Lutron solution providers across the residential, commercial, and hospitality market segments.
• Own and manage the Customer Experience infrastructure and facilitate customer walkthroughs at the Lutron Gurgaon office.
• Serve as a technical expert on Lutron solutions across the product portfolio, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update training programs and content to reflect new products, solutions, and industry standards.
• Gather feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, enhance learning materials, and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and solution providers.
• Support sales teams by delivering technical training, product presentations, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage training delivery, and track participant progress and certification status.
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness, analyze learning outcomes, and monitor industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum, aggregate of 60%.
• 4+ years of experience in lighting control solutions, lighting design, architecture, or interior design.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, including delivering presentations, preparing written documentation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, customers, consultants, contractors, or channel partners in a professional environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to support business requirements
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) across India, Maldives, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia

• Knowledge of lighting design, lighting control systems, and automated shading solutions.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training, certification programs, and training materials.
