Lutron Electronics’ Gurgaon team seeks a technically driven SAP senior professional to lead SAP Basis, BTP, and S/4HANA deliveries. You will guide ABAP development, CPI integrations, and IDOC processing while ensuring system stability and quality across global operations.

You will mentor engineers, drive KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions and processes for critical business operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a 4-year engineering/technology degree, with 60% or above.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in SAP technical roles.
• Experience in SAP Basis and/or SAP BTP, including system administration and platform operations.
• Experience working as an SAP S/4HANA developer.
• Proficiency in ABAP development, including reports, enhancements, and performance considerations.
• Experience with IDOC processing, including monitoring and troubleshooting inbound and outbound integrations.
• Experience with SAP Fiori (apps, tiles, UI5) and CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies ( Agile/Scrum ).
• Demonstrated ability to identify platform improvements and contribute to solution enhancements.

• Design and deliver Fiori applications, tiles, and reports aligned with business requirements.
• Lead day-to-day team execution, prioritize workstreams, and ensure alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, status reporting, and solution alignment.
• Define, track, and continuously improve team KPIs, metrics, and delivery quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, driving career growth, capability building, and technical excellence.
• Lead onboarding and structured training programs for new hires and upskilling initiatives across SAP modules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across geographies to deliver integrated solutions and resolve critical issues effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, and incident resolution, embedding lessons learned and best practices across the team.
