Job summary

Pi Square Technologies seeks a hands-on Application Support specialist with 2.5+ years of experience in SQL and UNIX scripting to manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication. You will leverage ITIL processes and ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy to drive corrective actions and preventative measures.

The role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, plus experience in AWS and Python to support platform stability and incident response.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on experience in Advanced SQL and UNIX scripting.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Python.
• Experience in Application Support and strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in Incident Management, including: Incident resolution, Stakeholder communication, Bridge management, Post-mortem analysis, Driving corrective and preventive action items.
