Anton Paar India is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide analytical support to customers, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver trainings across varied client sites. You will prepare detailed reports and act as a bridge between customers and the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires travel across India, strong communication, and a solid technical foundation in measurement instruments, with a focus on customer satisfaction and reliable service delivery.

At Anton Paar India, we are responsible for the distribution process, including sales, service, customer and application support, and logistics.

• Responsible for providing the technical and analytical assistance to customers and colleagues by testing customer samples for demonstrations and prospect evaluation.
• Conducting user training, seminars and workshops at office or customer locations.
• Preparing detailed analysis reports for customers.
• Acting as technical liaison to the sales team.
• Assist in training and technical support to customers and sales team.
• Research, collect and report information on the ability and capacity of AP products and competing instruments.
• Having a comprehensive technical knowledge of the assigned products.
• Strict adherence to all systems at Anton Paar.
