Anton Paar India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a field service engineer to install, calibrate, maintain and repair instruments at customer sites. You will manage after-sales support, build strong relationships and coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and service needs.

You will drive annual maintenance coverage, handle service quotes and contracts, and travel extensively across India to service customers with a high level of professionalism and customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation, calibration, maintenance and repair of instruments and parts via visits, phone, or email.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction for all instruments in assigned product lines and territory.
• Serve as primary customer contact for technical and service issues for designated product lines and accounts.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer concerns proactively.
• Ensure maximum coverage of instruments under Annual Maintenance Contract.
• Take responsibility and follow up on collection of service receivables.
• Quote, negotiate and close service contracts and repair charges with customers.
• Ensure compliance to CRM and AP Service processes and guidelines.
• Transmit leads and sales opportunities to sales team; communicate new service opportunities and feedback.

Job Description

This role is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the instruments, preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions to the customers. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers in order to address their inquiries, concerns and requests from time to time.

• Perform installation, calibration, maintenance and repair of the instruments and parts via visits, telephone and/or email.
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction for all instruments in the assigned product lines, designated territory and customer accounts.
• Serving as the primary customer contact for technical and service issues for the product lines, designated territory and customer accounts.
• Identifying, managing and coordinating with various departments in the company to resolve customer concerns proactively.
• Ensuring that the maximum number of instruments from the assigned product lines and territory are covered under Annual Maintenance Contract.
• Taking responsibility and following-up for collection of service receivables.
• Quoting, negotiating and closing service contracts and repair charges with customers.
• Ensuring full compliance to CRM and AP Service processes, workflows and guidelines.
• Ensuring monitoring and managing of CRM saved searches to ensure proper check and control on various tasks.
• Strict adherence to all systems at AP
• Gaining and regularly updating a comprehensive technical knowledge of the assigned products.
• Identifying and transferring leads and sales opportunities to members of the sales team.
• Communicating new service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate colleagues.
• Ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Assist Sales Team in conducting demonstrations, when required.
