Job summary

Talentboon Consulting in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced application support professional to manage production issues on Linux servers, with emphasis on FIX protocol and trading platforms. You will collaborate with Development teams and ensure smooth handovers of new systems and releases to Support, while maintaining Production and UAT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application support experience on Linux servers.
• Good knowledge of FIX protocol.
• Network troubleshooting and protocol knowledge.
• Basic Python or any automation exposure (desirable).
• Any experience capturing packets and any server performance tuning is useful but not mandatory.
• Strong appetite for learning new technologies and tools.
• Any knowledge of FX, US Treasuries, or Futures markets is useful.
• Foundational trading concepts (bid/ask, spread, order flow, market data).
• Strong customerservice mindset with excellent communication skills.
