Job summary

CLSA Limited in Pune is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to manage FIX connectivity, testing and onboarding for clients, vendors and exchanges. You will work with regional teams in HK, NY, London, Tokyo and Sydney to ensure robust FIX operations and smooth trade flow across Cash Equities, SWAP and F&O desks.

The role requires 6–8 years in FIX technology, hands-on testing, and strong knowledge of Asian markets.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years experience with FIX technology and 3–5 years proficiency in FIX certs and client onboarding
• Proven experience with Cameron FIX or Appia or other FIX engines
• Strong knowledge of Cash Equity DMA/DSA, Agency and Program FIX environments
• Experience with SWAP, Futures & Options in FIX environments
• 3–5 years in a Broker/Dealer setting
• Familiarity with Asian markets rules (HK/China/JP/KR/SG/IN)
• Knowledge of DMA/DSA trade booking flows in ID markets (China Connect, Korea, Taiwan, India)
• Understanding of Order Management Systems like Fidessa, Flextrade
• Exposure to front-end systems such as Bloomberg, ITG
• Experience with FIX testing tools like VeriFIX
• Exposure to FIX monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch, ITRS)
• Experience with change & incident management tools (SNOW)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently
• Willingness to work on trading floor in high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of SRE would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Analyst will handle FIX connectivity requests from clients, vendors, brokers and exchanges
• Provide daily trading operations desk support for High Touch & Low Touch desks (Cash Equities, SWAP desk, F&O desk)
• Conduct FIX testing and certifications for clients, vendors, brokers, and various pools & exchanges
• Collaborate with infra teams to establish FIX connectivity and maintain network relationships
• Work with regional FIX teams in Hong Kong, Pune, New York, Japan, London, Sydney
• Roll out FIX projects independently and participate in trade support functions
• Interact with Vendors and Traders with strong communication
• Keep up-to-date with market and regulatory changes affecting FIX workflows
