Job summary
Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a systems operations engineer to operate and support enterprise applications in Linux and Windows environments, ensuring availability, stability and performance of production systems.
You will monitor applications, respond to incidents per SLAs, and troubleshoot across layers. Additionally, you will identify and automate recurring tasks, leverage AIOps monitoring, support Kubernetes deployments, and collaborate with the team

- Operate and support enterprise applications in Linux and Windows environments
- Ensure availability, stability, and performance of production systems
- Monitor applications and platforms; handle incidents and problems according to SLAs
- Perform troubleshooting across application, OS, and platform layers
- Identify and automate recurring operational tasks using scripting and standard tools
- Leverage advanced / AIOps-enabled monitoring features to improve operational efficiency and incident prevention
- Support containerized applications, including Kubernetes operations
- Work closely with the Team Manager, development, infrastructure, and external partners
- Support application-related activities such as deployments, upgrades, and migrations
